  The Chilli Man is very fond of his mango chutney, because it gives him a good excuse to wear his favourite hibiscus-patterned shirt (unbuttoned just a little too low, unfortunately).

So what goes into The Chilli Man Mango Lovers’ Chilli Chutney? About 97% fresh and juicy Australian mangoes, about 2% chilli (and about 1% garlic, ginger, spices and other essential chutney-making stuff!)
