  The Chilli Man loves a bit of wild and craziness in his life (not to mention dancing on
tables), but he always does what he’s told when it comes to things that should be kept
in the fridge. (Why? He once had a nasty experience with a bottle of milk that turned. It was nasty.)

Here’s why all of The Chilli Man products should be kept in the fridge:

Inside The Chilli Man products you will find nothing but fresh ingredients. That means no additives and no preservatives. And you know what that means: products that go off if they’re not kept cool! (Unfortunately, we don’t mean ‘go off’ in a ‘going off like a frog in a sock’ party-animal kind of way. We mean the other way.) For all you inquisitive types, you may notice on the labels that The Chilli Man includes Xanthan in his concoctions. Well Xanthan is just a natural vegetable gum with a serious-sounding name. Hey, if it were up to The Chilli Man, he’d call it “natural vegetable gum”. But that’s life.

You’d keep most your fresh fruit and vegetables in the fridge if you wanted to keep them for more than a day or two, so why would you do anything different with products made from only fresh fruit and vegies? Yep, we knew you’d agree.

When you do refrigerate your Chilli man products after opening, they’ll hold their flavours and texture longer than the other brands that do use those weird artificial ingredients.
