coconut and coriander indian curry sauce
     
 

There’s actually no Indian in The Chilli Man’s heritage, but he once had next-door neighbours who were Indian, and they liked to cook with their windows open.

This semi-sweet chilli sauce is like a Bollywood dance sequence for the taste buds! It’s blended with apples, special mustard seeds, traditional curry powder and five secret magic spices. Then it’s cooked slowly for five hours so that the flavours mingle and tingle.

Goes with: prawn laksa, spicy meatballs with couscous, chicken curry skewers, French omelette, stir fries, curries, rice, kebabs or with traditional Indian dishes.
